How each option works
In-store automation computer
A small, quiet computer installed in your office runs all your automations. Your data stays in your building, and it keeps working even if a cloud service has a bad day. It comes with battery backup.

Nightly off-site backups
Every night your data is encrypted and copied off-site. If the computer is stolen, dies or gets hit by a power surge, we restore from last night's copy.

Monitoring and alerts
We watch the hub and every connected system around the clock. If something stops, like a camera or a sync, we get an alert and usually fix it before you notice.

Remote support
Most problems get fixed remotely over a private, secure connection. No waiting for a visit, and no strangers getting into your systems.

Cloud hosting
Prefer not to keep a computer in the store? Your automations run on a private, secured server we manage, with the same nightly backups and monitoring. Good for tight spaces or more than one location.

Custom automations

Battery backup (UPS)
Every hub comes with a battery backup. When the power drops, the hub and network keep running, you get a text, and if the outage runs long everything shuts down safely and starts again when the power is back.
