Pool Patchers is a vinyl pool-liner repair company in Hickory, NC, run by Cinder's founder. It runs on the same systems Cinder installs.
Booking without phone tag
The website checks a customer's address against the service area, saves the job, and puts it on the calendar with invites. Pricing on the site comes straight from the business system, so a rate change updates everywhere at once.
A field app for the crew
An iPhone and Android app turns each booking into a job: time on site, photos, parts, payments, warranty and team chat, replacing paper notes and separate tools.
Payments that close themselves
A card payment marks the job paid automatically. Unpaid invoices get polite follow-ups on a schedule, and payments flow into QuickBooks without re-typing.
Reviews and new customers
Review cards send happy customers straight to Google reviews, and prospect lists find nearby pools and businesses to reach next.
