How each option works

Cooler and freezer monitoring

A small sensor in each cooler and freezer reports the temperature every few minutes. If one warms up or a door is left open, you get a text before stock spoils, and every reading is kept as a log for health inspections.

Leak detection

Leak sensors under sinks, water heaters, coolers and in the back room alert you as soon as they get wet, so a small drip doesn't become a ruined stockroom.

Power outage alerts

A power sensor texts you the moment the store loses power and again when it's restored, so you know whether the coolers need checking before morning.

Door and after-hours alerts

Door sensors on the back door, stockroom and coolers text you when one opens after closing or stays open too long, with a camera clip if you have cameras.

Open and close routines

At opening, the lights, thermostat, music and promo screens come on. At close they switch off, the alarm and cameras are armed, and you get the day's summary. Holidays and early closes follow your hours.
