How each option works
Chromebook setup
We supply and set up Chromebooks as thin clients: they open your register, books and email in the browser and keep nothing on the device. They start in seconds, update themselves and cost far less than a Windows PC.
- We pick the right Chromebooks for each spot
- We enroll them and lock them to your business
- We set up each person's apps and bookmarks
Central device management
Every Chromebook is enrolled in one management console, so updates, apps, Wi-Fi and security settings are set once and applied everywhere. We watch it so you don't have to.
- We enroll every device in the console
- We set your update, app and security policies
- We monitor the fleet and handle problems
Staff logins and single sign-on
Each person signs in once and gets the apps they need: register, books, cameras, site admin. When someone leaves, one switch removes their access everywhere.
- We create a login for each person
- We connect it to the apps they use
- We show you how to add and remove people
Register and kiosk mode
A Chromebook can be locked to a single app: your register at the counter, or an order kiosk for customers. It can't be used for anything else and restarts clean every day.
- We lock the device to the one app
- We set its schedule and restart rules
- We pair it with the card reader, printer and display
Lost or stolen device lock
Because nothing is stored on a thin client, a lost or stolen one is just hardware. We can lock it remotely, wipe it and have a replacement signed in the same day.
- We turn on remote lock and wipe
- We write down your lost-device steps
- We keep a spare ready to go
Old PC conversion
Older Windows PCs that are too slow to keep can be converted into managed thin clients with ChromeOS Flex, so they're useful for a few more years.
- We check which PCs can be converted
- We convert and enroll them
- We recycle the ones that can't be
