How each option works
Firewall and router
A dedicated firewall keeps your register, cameras, staff devices and guest Wi-Fi on separate networks, so a problem on one can't reach the others. Card payments stay on their own protected network.
- We install the firewall and a managed switch
- We split the register, cameras, staff and guests onto their own networks
- We monitor it and keep it updated
Guest Wi-Fi with sign-in
Customers connect to free Wi-Fi through a branded sign-in page. Those who opt in join your texting and email list, with their consent recorded, and the page can show what's on offer today.
- We install the access point and sign-in page
- We brand the page and set the opt-in wording
- We connect sign-ins to your marketing list
Staff door access
Each staff member gets an NFC card that opens the staff door. Cards are tied to the same staff logins as everything else, so one switch removes someone's access everywhere, and after-hours entries send you an alert.
- We install the door reader and program the cards
- We tie cards to staff logins and schedules
- We set after-hours alerts
Tap-to-clock time tracking
Tapping in at the start of a shift and out at the end records hours with no time clock to manage. Staff see their hours in the app, missed punches are flagged each night, and approved hours go straight to payroll. A low-cost version uses an NFC tag that opens a clock-in link on the employee's phone.
- We set up the tap points: door reader or phone tags
- We connect hours to the staff app
- We send approved hours to payroll
